ConfiDANCE Program
Applied creative and product management thinking to a grant-funded ballroom dance program for low-income and at-risk youth, improving social-emotional development and refining program delivery through user insights. Scaled student enrollment from 5 to 50+ and managed instructors across multiple sites by leading outreach, middle school partnerships, recruitment, scheduling, and instructional logistics to support consistent program delivery.
